STANDARD RENTAL TERMS

Important Terms Before Starting a Rental

Rental Period

For students and personal use, rental periods are available for 1 year, 6 months, or 3 months, depending on the instrument list and company terms.

Rental Payment

Rent is paid one month in advance through automatic monthly credit-card billing to the renter.

Schools and Projects

For schools or group projects, please contact the team to plan the number of instruments, rental period, and suitable conditions.

Deposit

Deposits paid by cash or bank transfer earn 5% interest per year according to company terms.

Rental-to-Buy Credit

Rental payments already made may be applied toward the purchase of the same type and category of instrument, up to the equivalent of six months at the annual rental rate, when the purchased model has an equal or higher value than the rented model.

After 4 Years

After renting continuously for four years, the renter is eligible to own the rented instrument, without a refund of the deposit, interest, or return transport cost.

Rental Instrument Repairs

There is no repair charge for damage caused by normal use. Damage caused by dropping, impact, incorrect use, liquid, heat, humidity, chemicals, loss, or modification is charged at actual repair cost, and rental instruments must be repaired by Churairat Music only.
