The policy applies to customers who purchase an acoustic piano from Churairat Music, including:

- Secondhand / Reconditioned Piano
- Upright Piano
- Grand Piano
What does “Lifetime” mean?
Customers may contact Churairat Music for a buy-back evaluation throughout their period of piano ownership. Each case is reviewed according to company terms, the actual condition of the instrument, and market conditions at the time of evaluation.
How is the buy-back value assessed?
There is no fixed buy-back percentage. The evaluation considers several factors together, including:
- Brand, model, and serial number
- Age of the instrument
- External and internal condition
- Tuning, maintenance, and service history
- Transportation and restoration costs
- Market demand at the time of evaluation
The final buy-back value therefore depends on the actual condition of the piano and market conditions at the time of assessment.
