If you need a piano at both the main stage and guest reception area, choose the Duo Set with one Grand Piano and one Upright Piano.
Events and product launches
Choose the piano type, size and colour to complement the product, brand and event concept. An Upright Piano requires less space, while a Grand Piano is ideal when the piano should be a visual focus on stage.
Concerts and performances
Select a Grand Piano based on the programme, stage size and audience capacity. In addition to the Classic Grand Piano, Yamaha C3, C5 and C7 Grand Pianos are available, with pricing and suitability varying by model.
Parties and receptions
An Upright Piano suits reception areas, restaurants and events with limited space. A Grand Piano is better suited to larger ballrooms and main stages.

The daily service period begins. Delivery before this time costs an additional 1,000 baht per hour.

After midnight, one additional day of rental is charged. Any part of an hour is counted as one full hour.
Indoor venues only
Outdoor events are not accepted because a piano can be affected by rain, humidity, sunlight, temperature and floor conditions. A venue with a tent or temporary roof is still considered outdoors and falls outside the service conditions.

Included delivery does not cover carrying the piano up or down stairs. Stairs, a stage over 80 cm high, transport outside standard service hours or other venue access restrictions may result in additional charges under the service conditions.

Special rates are available for multi-day rentals. Pricing depends on the piano type and quantity, number of rental days, venue, delivery and collection times, the space and stage conditions, and access requirements.

How is one rental day calculated?
Standard service hours are 8:30 a.m.–10:30 p.m., and the daily rental rate covers up to 12 hours. Additional charges apply when the rental exceeds the included period.
Is there an extra charge if the piano is collected after 10:30 p.m.?
Yes. The additional charge is 1,000 baht per hour, and any part of an hour is counted as one full hour. If the service continues past midnight, one additional rental day is charged.
Are white or pink pianos available?
Yes. Classic Upright Pianos and Classic Grand Pianos are available in white and pink, as well as walnut and black. Availability of the required piano type and colour must be checked for the event date.
Is there an additional charge for a stage?
If the stage is over 80 cm high, the additional charge is 1,500 baht for a Classic Grand Piano and 1,000 baht for a Classic Upright Piano or Digital Piano.
Do you provide piano rental for outdoor weddings or events?
No. Daily piano rental is available only for indoor event venues.
How is a multi-day rental priced?
