Is there an extra charge for a stage over 80 cm high?
If a Classic Grand Piano must be moved onto a stage over 80 cm high, an additional 1,500 baht service charge applies. Before the event, please provide the stage height and photographs of the front, sides and access route for assessment.
If the stage has narrow stairs, no ramp, or a structure that may make weight-bearing and movement difficult, the team may need to assess the procedure and additional costs. Delivery included in the rental price does not cover carrying the piano up or down stairs between floors.

Grand Piano rental is available only for indoor events. Outdoor events are not accepted because rain, humidity, sunlight, temperature, wind and floor conditions can affect the piano and transport safety.
A tent or temporary roof is still considered an outdoor setting and is outside the service conditions. If the event uses both indoor and outdoor areas, the Grand Piano position must be clearly designated inside the building.
