Damage From Normal Use

There is no repair charge for problems caused by normal use. Churairat Music’s service team will inspect and repair the instrument so it can be used normally again.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE

Drops, Impact, or Incorrect Use

Damage caused by dropping the instrument, impact, liquids, heat, humidity, chemicals, loss, or unauthorized modification will be charged at the actual repair cost. Rental instruments must be repaired only by Churairat Music.

After 4 Consecutive Years

The renter becomes eligible to own the rented instrument, without receiving the security deposit, interest, or return transportation fee back
